ALHAJI YUSUF HUSSAINI MANJALO

CHAIRMAN, Boardroom Guru and Business Scientist

Alhaji Yusuf Manjalo is a seasoned Business Scientist with global exposure and diverse business interests in security, EPC, ICT, real estate, agriculture, construction, aviation, manufacturing, power, finance, and investments. He chairs and serves on the boards of multiple companies, including Manjalo Engineering Ltd, Triple Shield Security Company Nigeria Limited, and Galaxy Homeville & Design.

A graduate in Business Management with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration, he started his career with the Federal Capital Development Authority. After retiring, he ventured into business, leveraging his vast experience in business and project management to drive the success of his companies.

Alhaj Yusuf is a member of the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), also a dedicated philanthropist, actively working with NGOs to improve the lives of the vulnerable, earning him recognition both locally and internationally.

HON. DANJUMA MELE

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Hon. Danjuma Mele is a seasoned administrator, an investment guru and an accomplished politician with over 35 years of professional experience operating both in the public and private sectors. A philanthropist who has participated actively in nation building, community development and service to God and humanity. Danjuma started his career with Bauchi State ministry of health in 1984, and in 1986 he was posted to Bauchi State Health Management Board. Between 1991 and 1993 he worked with the Gombe State ministry of health and Primary Health Care, Akko and Yalmatu/Deba in Gombe State. He served the nation and his home state Gombe State in various capacities, he was appointed a Director, National Sugar Development council between 2003 to 2006, he was appointed a member, local government Transition committee, Yalmatu/Deba Local government Gombe State in 2004 and Board Member, Gombe State Investment and Property Development company limited.

DIG Sani Usman Mohammed (rtd) is a Security professional, a lawyer and an astute administrator. DIG Sani is a graduate of Sociology and holds a Master’s Degree in Law and Criminal Justice. He joined the Nigeria Police Force and was commissioned as an Assistant Superintendent of Police and rose to the Rank of Deputy Inspector General of Police. DIG Sani while in service held various appointments and headed several training commands, he was the Commandant Nigeria Police Academy Wudil, Kano and retired as the Deputy Inspector General of Police Training & Development Department, Force Headquarters Abuja Nigeria. DIG Sani is a member of the National Institute, National Institute of Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) Kuru Jos. and several other professional bodies both within and outside Nigeria, His service to Nation and humanity has gained him several recognitions and awards both locally and internationally.

AIG Wilson Inalegwu (Rtd) has made significant contributions to nation building and security throughout his career in the Nigerian Police Force, spanning over three decades. He has been instrumental in leading the development and implementation of general security policies. His expertise lies in enhancing national security, particularly in areas such as local security management, crime control, and counter-terrorism. Wilson Inalegwu (Rtd) has also made significant contributions to the international stage having held various international roles and received international recognitions. AIG Wilson Inalegwu (Rtd) has served in several positions, such as Assistant Inspector General of Police, Director of Central Planning and Training Unit (CPTU), Commissioner of Police, and Chief of Operations at the United Nations’ Police (UNPOL) HQ. In addition to his positions, he held the roles of team leader and chief of operations at UNPOL and UNAMSIL HQ, Station Commander at UNCIVPOL Station, amongst others. Major General (Rtd) Mohammed Bello is a distinguished military leader with over 32 years of service in the Nigerian Army’s Artillery branch, culminating in his retirement on October 27, 2023. Commissioned in 1991, he advanced through the ranks, showcasing exceptional leadership, strategic acumen, and operational proficiency in various demanding roles. His career is characterized by excellence in combat operations, counterinsurgency, and non-combat missions, alongside a strong commitment to mentorship and professional development.
General Bello holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and two Master’s degrees in Remote Sensing Application and Security & Strategic Studies. He has further enhanced his expertise through prestigious military training and fellowships, including programs at the Harvard Kennedy School and the National Defence College in Abuja.
His key areas of expertise include command and administration of troops, combat operations, strategic planning, management of small arms, and civil-military cooperation. He has successfully led military units in both combat and peacekeeping missions, developed strategic initiatives addressing complex issues, and facilitated community engagement in conflict zones.
Throughout his career, General Bello has made significant contributions to Nigeria’s stability and security, mentored future military leaders, and earned international recognition for his leadership capabilities. His legacy of service and dedication continues to inspire future generations of military professionals.

AFUJUE RAYMAND CHUKWUGOZIE

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, CORRECTIONAL SERVICES

Afujue Raymand Chukwugozie, a retired Deputy Controller General of Corrections, with a background in psychology, human resource management, correctional administration, and sociology. He has held various positions, including leading the Inmates Treatment department in Niger State, Course Coordinator at the Nigerian Correctional Staff College in Kaduna, Principal of the Borstal Training Institute (Young Offenders Centre), and currently serving as a Desk Officer at the Inmates Treatment/Corrections HQ in Abuja. He has also served as General Manager of the Nigeria Corrections Cooperative Society, Commandant of the Nigerian Correctional Staff College, and Directorate of Administration at the Correctional Headquarters in Abuja.  Afujue Raymand Chukwugozie has attended various courses and seminars both locally and internationally, including the Administrative Staff College ASCON – Topo – Badagry, and the Armed Forces Command and Staff College (AFCSC) Jaji with a specialization in Counter Revolutionary Warfare (HASKE BIU). He has also completed courses on human rights, intelligence, prisoners’ reformation, rehabilitation, and reintegration in the United Kingdom, and leadership courses at NIPSS Kuru-Jos.  Afujue Raymand Chukwugozie is a representative for prisons in Nigeria and Switzerland, and has attended the American Correctional Association Conference in Florida.

Adikwu Francis Okoh, born on March 12, 1954, is a diplomat, intelligence and security expert. He attended the University of Ife and St. Francis Secondary School before being appointed as a Foreign Service Officer VIII on August 13, 1980. His work experience includes the Embassy of Nigeria in Paris, France, the Nigeria Permanent Mission to the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland, the Nigerian Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands, the Presidency Abuja, the Nigerian Embassy in Khartoum, Sudan, the Nigerian Embassy in Abidjan, Cote D’ivoire, the National Defense College in Abuja, Nigeria, and the Nigerian Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya. He has also attended professional courses such as Basic Intelligence Course with MI6 in the UK, Advanced Trade Craft in Abuja, Senior Management Course at the National Defense College, and InterAgency Operations with the Directorate of State Security Service, Nigeria Police, Customs and Immigration. He has also attended seminars and courses such as the 30th Session of the Trade and Development Board (UNCTAD) in Geneva, the Conference on Trade and Development in New Delhi, the Senior Management Course at ASCON, the Abuja Peace Conference on Sudan, the United Nations Conference on Drugs and Crimes, the International Workshop Group on Cote D’ivoire, and the National Defense College.

Bello Ahmed Zagga is a seasoned Fire & Life Safety Professional with extensive experience in fire prevention, safety management, and engineering design.
With a career spanning over three decades, Bello has held significant positions, including Director of the State Fire Service in Kebbi, Zonal Controller for the Federal Fire Service, Head of Admin & Supply and currently serves as Executive Director, Fire and Life Safety Services at First Yumaj Nigeria Limited. His responsibilities have included overseeing fire safety education, training and mentorship, leading investigations into fire incidents, and managing various fire safety projects across Nigeria and the West African Sub-region.
Bello’s expertise extends to engineering design and management consulting, where he has successfully designed and supervised numerous fire safety plans for educational institutions, markets, and industrial facilities. He is also actively involved in community safety initiatives and has participated in various committees addressing fire outbreaks and safety regulations.
In addition to his professional accomplishments. His personal interests include solving puzzles, playing sports, and devising innovative solutions to safety challenges. With a strong dedication to his work and a passion for improving safety standards, Bello Ahmed Zagga is a valuable asset to our organization’s fire safety and prevention services

Paschal Mazie is a seasoned economist and project manager with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and certifications in Project Management and Strategic Business Management. He has over 10 years of professional experience, including working as a project and business development manager at Mazoachi International Ltd, Bank of Agriculture Limited, and Dams A Group of Companies. Mazie has experience in designing and supervising projects, company policies, customer service, and technology solutions. He has also worked at the Bank of Agriculture Limited in Nigeria, where he educated customers on loan packages, updated loan records, documented loan repayments, and participated in the Loan Recovery team. He has also worked with Dams A Group of Companies, where he collected and analyzed data to
identify factors affecting the company’s financial obligations and supervised projects. As a member of numerous professional bodies, Mazie is actively involved in local and international trade and economic development plans and strategies, as well as being a co-consultant and partner to other firms.

Andrew Ose Akabe is a dedicated and detail-oriented Software Engineer and Cybersecurity Analyst with a strong foundation in programming and cybersecurity principles. With a background in both administrative and technical roles, Andrew has demonstrated his ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, providing effective support and solutions to various challenges. His professional experience includes serving as a Consular Assistant and IT Head at the Nigeria High Commission in Sierra Leone, where he was responsible for preserving citizens’ legal rights, and providing technical support. Additionally, he has held roles in IT support and management, showcasing his ability to troubleshoot technical issues and oversee operations effectively.Andrew is also actively involved in volunteer work, contributing to environmental initiatives and community support through organizations like the Think Green Foundation and Source of Hope Foundation. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in IT & Business Information Systems from Middlesex University, United Kingdom and an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering.
